Obama’s sitting on a budget to be full of bad news to be sure. Now, we learn the Gitmo report will be delayed by six months.

So, one of two things comes to mind:
1. Obama is hiding something, on both reports.
2. The Obama administration is the most inept administration ever in American history.

I think the correct answer, is both 1 and 2.
